 'Peggy' the Pigeon

Character Design, Modelmaking (2nd Year Project) 

For our first module in second year we were tasked with creating a humanoid character using prosthetics and crafting a digital environment using 3DS Max to house them. 

For the Character Design, I created a story of a fierce single mam 'Peggy' the Pigeon, who keeps a watchful eye on the neighbourhood kids while enjoying her smokes on her balcony sanctuary. 
 

I made the prosthetic  by moulding a beak out of plasticine, casting it plaster, then using latex to create the final product. The virtual background was created using 3DS Max. 
 

Done as part of 'Design for Generations' module in Second Year.
